Reddit is seeking a Staff Operations Program Manager (IC5) to architect and lead the central data labeling function across Ads and Consumer product teams. You will translate complex product needs into scalable labeling directives for vendors and partner with cross-functional leaders to shape the future of automated labeling using LLMs.

You will own the intake process, define operational roadmaps, and establish taxonomy standards while ensuring high-quality throughput.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data operations, program management, or vendor operations with focus on data labeling, model training data, or taxonomy infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the incoming request process across Consumer and Ads with robust delivery frameworks.
• Design and execute the operational roadmap to integrate LLM-assisted labeling workflows.
• Standardize taxonomy definition guidelines and support complex labeling projects for product experiments and safety systems.
• Partner with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Ops Leaders to align labeling with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Vendor Manager to hand off clear task guidelines and resolve edge cases.
• Build centralized intake models, SLA frameworks, quality assurance practices, and throughput metrics.
