Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Applied CS, or related field.
• 4+ years building scalable data pipelines and architectures.
• Experience with Airflow, Python, Kafka, Spark, and SQL.
• Proficient in cloud data platforms and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide data architecture strategy and long-term platform design.
• Evaluate major technical designs and establish engineering best practices.
• Serve as tech advisor to leadership and influence roadmaps.
• Champion data governance, democratization, and data standards.
• Develop ETL pipelines using Airflow, DBT, Python, and Snowflake.
• Design and manage large-scale data ingestion and processing workflows.
• Build and scale CI/CD pipelines and data quality frameworks.
• Create monitoring, validation, and dashboards for pipeline health.
• Build streaming pipelines with Confluent Kafka for event processing.
