Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product analytics, web analytics or similar data analytics domains.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, big data technologies (Redshift, Spark, Hive, BigQuery) and BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Dash).
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java/Scala.
• Experience in engineering data pipelines and workflow orchestration; architecting end-to-end big data platforms.
• Understanding of AI-native architectures and GenAI platforms and their data implications.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and build scalable big-data platforms for high-velocity data use cases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Central Data Lake teams.
• Develop architectures for data normalization, lineage, governance, ontology, and discoverability.
• Collaborate on AI-enabled analytics for Generative AI and machine learning; derive actionable customer insights.
• Conduct code reviews; promote testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response.
• Provide leadership and mentor junior team members.
