Job summary

Cerebras Systems is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead Data Center New Product Introduction (NPI) and scale deployment of AI systems. You will bridge hardware engineering, facility design, supply chain, networking, and operations to turn complex requirements into repeatable deployment approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex NPI, systems integration, or deployment programs.
• Track record of staff-level program ownership across engineering and operations.
• Technical understanding of data center compute, networking, power, cooling, and rack integration.
• Ability to define readiness gates, validation plans, and issue resolution processes.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and risks.

Responsibilities

• Own the cross-functional NPI plan for new system generations, rack configurations, and supporting infrastructure.
• Translate engineering specs into deployment requirements covering power, cooling, space, and networking.
• Drive design and readiness reviews; surface gaps between product design and facility capabilities.
• Coordinate deployment and validation plans including site readiness and acceptance evidence.
• Maintain risk and issue register; drive resolution with accountable engineering owners.
• Lead change control across specs, BOMs, firmware/ software dependencies, and site requirements.
• Define repeatable deployment packages, runbooks, and handoffs to operations.
• Provide readiness recommendations and escalations; apply lessons to future rollouts.
