Job summary

CIeNET International is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive cross-team initiatives across engineering and data center operations on the West Coast. Role involves coordinating with multiple engineering domains, managing NPI and cluster turnup, and delivering operational dashboards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technical or Engineering Program Management.
• 8+ years with Data Center Hardware, compute, networking, storage infrastructure, and large-scale systems operations.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, Agile/SCRUM methodologies, and release management.
• Experience supporting large-scale software and hardware engineering programs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Engineering leaders to drive execution of critical initiatives across multiple engineering teams and TPM organizations.
• Serve as a program-level coordination point across partner engineering and DC operations teams. Facilitate collaboration across hardware, software, infrastructure, and operations teams to align on priorities, deliverables, and schedules.
• Track testbed readiness status and dependencies; coordinate with the testbed team on NPI schedules and entry/exit criteria.
• Align NPI build, validation, and qualification milestones against fleet deployment dates.
• Lead end-to-end SW deployment workflows for new site activations, with specialized execution around customized cluster turnup.
• Design, build, and maintain observability dashboards to track cluster health, turnup milestone progress, and operational metrics.
• Oversee physical readiness, rack/stack validation, cabling, power/cooling infrastructure validation, and site handoffs.
• Manage physical site dependencies, site acceptance testing, and construction-to-operations handover workflows.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between data center operators, site construction teams, and infrastructure engineering teams.
