Qualifications

8–10+ years in technical PM, product ops, or enablement.
Experience with NPI life cycles and stage-gate governance.
Knowledge of Jira/Asana/Confluence for tracking work.
Background in security, ITOps, observability or data analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead the NPI and Technical Sales Enablement to prepare SEs/Architects for launches.
Operationalize the NPI intake model and govern the Launch Tiering Framework.
Drive content creation for agentic enablement and AI tooling adoption.
Ensure high-quality enablement across Alpha to GA to maximize market impact.
