Meta seeks an experienced New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Manager to drive end-to-end execution for infrastructure hardware from concept to mass production. You will partner with hardware engineering, supply chain, contract manufacturers, and data center operations to ensure programs meet schedule, budget, and quality standards for Meta's global infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in hardware program management with ownership of NPI programs for network/AI/compute/storage hardware
• Experience leading cross-functional hardware development from prototype to mass production (EVT/DVT/PVT)
• Ability to identify, track, and mitigate risks across design, supply chain, and manufacturing
• Strong communication of status, risks, and tradeoffs to engineering and operations
• Experience using PM tools to manage schedules, dependencies, and deliverables
• Familiarity with hardware design/qualification (ASIC bring-up, PCB design reviews, network testing)
• Experience managing NPI for hyperscale infrastructure hardware
• Proven AI skill development and staying current with AI technologies
• Experience implementing responsible AI practices (risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality checks)
• Background in data analysis to drive schedule/resource tradeoffs
• Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact
• Experience working with contract manufacturers/original design manufacturers on hardware build planning

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end NPI program execution from concept through mass production
• Partner with hardware engineering, supply chain, CM/ODM, and data center ops to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
• Develop integrated schedules, manage dependencies, and track deliverables across hardware programs
• Drive risk identification, mitigation, and tradeoff decisions across multiple workstreams
• Support hardware qualification processes, including ASIC bring-up and system-level testing
