Job summary

Gifthealth Inc. is hiring a Staff Content Designer, Patient Experience to own how Gifthealth sounds to patients and to build a scalable system for consistent messaging.

You will define voice and tone, create core templates, and train teammates to use a governed content system across checkout, notifications, and support. You will also design guidelines for AI-assisted content, collaborate with product, design, and legal teams, and partner with white-label clients to ensure clarity and brand

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing a voice or content system you built.
• Experience with compliance and legal review.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to scale content work.
• Ability to influence without authority across product, design, legal, and client teams.
• Demonstrated application of the above Qualification.

Responsibilities

• Define Gifthealth voice for in-product and patient communications, ensuring practical usage in checkout and notifications.
• Align SMS, email, web app, FAQs, and voice scripts for a coherent patient experience.
