Job summary

Atria Health Institute in New York is seeking a seasoned Content Designer/UX Writer to own the product voice across app, portal, emails, and notifications, ensuring consistency with our brand. You will collaborate with product, design, engineering, and legal to align messaging, maintain content systems, and guide AI-assisted copy while protecting accuracy and patient trust.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of content design or UX writing experience on consumer-facing digital products.
• Portfolio showing systems ownership including shipped copy and guidelines/patterns.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining content systems at scale: voice frameworks, libraries, or documentation.
• Healthcare/health-tech experience preferred or in regulated, high-stakes domains.
• Experience with AI tools in a content workflow without eroding voice or accuracy.
• Ability to maintain a single brand voice across varying moments (lab results, onboarding, reminders).
• Judgment to route content requiring clinical, legal, or compliance review.

Responsibilities

• Develop Atria's product voice across app, portal, emails, notifications, and digital surfaces.
• Collaborate with product and design to influence flows and language choices for clarity.
• Evolve and maintain content systems, voice frameworks, and reusable content.
• Coordinate with clinical, legal, and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Support content team with email templates, consent forms, onboarding forms, and SEO support.
• Understand and manage AI-generated copy to preserve brand voice and trust.
• Work with cross-functional teams across specialties to reflect clinical accuracy without excessive jargon.
