Job summary

Gifthealth is seeking a Solutions Consultant to act as the technical voice for our pharmaceutical manufacturer partners, supporting discovery and solution design at the start of the partner lifecycle. This role collaborates with Product, Implementation, Client Success, and Engineering to turn open-ended asks into a clear solution on the Gifthealth platform.

You will be part of a solution-architecture team, shaping designs and handing them to Product for execution, using AI tools to accelerate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years in a technical, client-facing role.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, data flows, and system architecture.
• Healthcare, pharma or digital pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and scoping conversations with partners in live client sessions.
• Own the technical relationship with the partner on assigned engagements, including architecture questions, integration approaches, and feasibility discussions.
• Translate open-ended partner asks into solution designs that fit the Gifthealth platform.
• Provide honest guidance on what is possible and trade-offs; escalate concerns early.
• Create demos, walkthroughs, and lightweight prototypes to illustrate proposed solutions.
