Job summary

Gifthealth Inc. is seeking a Staff Content Designer, Patient Experience to own how we sound to patients and to build the system that keeps it consistent as we scale.

This hands‑on role starts by writing the foundation and evolving into a broader content-operations system across product, design, and support. You will define our voice, shape core templates for critical moments (checkout, onboarding, notifications), and collaborate with clients, legal, and operations to ensure clear, compliant copy

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing a voice or content system you built, not just copy you wrote.
• Comfort with compliance and legal review, and a track record of respectfully pushing back and landing on better wording.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools to scale content work, and a point of view on where they help and where they fail.
• Ability to influence without authority across product, design, legal, and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Define a distinct Gifthealth voice for in-product and patient communications.
• Align SMS, email, the web app, website FAQs, and voice AI scripts for consistency.
• Design and maintain a Claude skill and guidelines for self-service content generation.
• Collaborate with white-label clients and their brand/legal teams on wording while maintaining clarity and length.
