Job summary

ServiceNow in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Ethics & Compliance Programs Manager to design, develop, and implement innovative compliance processes across the Ethics & Compliance function. This role focuses on ABAC and Export Compliance, leveraging ServiceNow and AI to build state-of-the-art controls.

You will partner with SMEs to translate regulatory requirements into scalable workflows, manage multi-year roadmaps, and drive adoption across business units while ensuring governance and risk

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience and track record leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to translate compliance and business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Ethics & Compliance program processes into scalable workflows.
• Collaborate with SMEs across domains to address compliance challenges.
• Lead automation and digitalization of compliance processes using ServiceNow and AI.
• Develop multi-year compliance roadmaps aligned with strategy and regulation.
• Guide end-to-end program initiatives from concept through deployment.
