Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Staff Engineer to own and evolve our CI/CD architecture and developer experience. You will drive improvements to pipeline reliability and speed, enabling product teams to ship rapidly with minimal platform knowledge.

The role involves hands-on Go and Python, Kubernetes, and AI-assisted workflows across time zones. You will influence engineering practices globally, partnering with Cloud Platform teams while shaping security and RBAC/OAuth considerations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Platform Engineering or Developer Experience focused on CI/CD and delivery.
• Hands-on production Go development and cloud-native platforms.
• Experience operating CI/CD at scale, including security/configuration.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve CI/CD architecture and developer-facing experience.
• Improve pipeline reliability, speed, and predictability.
• Define paths for product teams to ship fast and safely.
• Own end-to-end delivery from code merge to production.
• Embed AI tooling into delivery workflows for productivity gains.
