This role provides information regarding various resources for students, and consults with colleagues to verify proper procedures for guidance. This role engages in campus outreach events, participates in after hours on-call services, and communicates with faculty, staff, and family members regarding student mental health concerns.**Job Duties:**# **Reporting Relationship:*** Reports to the Director and the Associate Director of the Bucknell Student Counseling Center. # **Work Setting/Schedule:*** On campus student facing position with some remote work possible, if deemed clinically appropriate.* This is an 11-month position, full-time (40 hours per week) benefits-eligible position. # **What You Will Do:*** **Clinical Service:** Provides mental health counseling to students including individual therapy, group therapy, assessments and crisis intervention. Applicants with master’s degrees must be currently licensed and able to obtain licensure in Pennsylvania prior to start date. Pennsylvania state board approval licensure must be secured within 12 months of start date if relocating from out of state. The university does not reimburse for initial nor renewal licensing fees.* **Knowledge and Skills:** Knowledge of best practices and legal, ethical, and regulatory issues in mental health; Demonstrated experience in providing outreach on mental health topics and educating groups on overall health and wellness; Demonstrated experience providing short-term/brief therapy and crisis intervention; Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals from a wide range of professional, cultural, and diverse backgrounds. ## **Preferred, but not required:*** **Education:** Masters Degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology. Must be licensed in Pennsylvania.
