Job summary

Rivian 3P Service and Collision Programs is seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst to scale operations by streamlining software enhancements across the 3P Service and Collision Programs.

This position will work closely with Authorized Service, R&D Workshop and Learning and Development to support Rivian vehicle repairs through third-party partners, applying strong technical acumen to evaluate software ecosystems, build scalable data pipelines, and optimize internal tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of automotive experience collaborating with software development.
• Technical understanding of vehicle systems and development.
• Experience designing API integrations, data workflows, and enterprise architectures.
• Hands-on SQL, Databricks ETL pipelines, and Git-based deployment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design and implement tool capabilities across Collision and 3P Service.
• Liaise between engineering data structures and business execution.
• Define automation strategies to scale frameworks and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align projects and track progress.
• Operate within Databricks, GitLab, JIRA, and 3DEXPERIENCE to support pipelines.
• Develop Databricks-to-JIRA data ingestion pipelines.
