Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages.
- Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
- Bonus: Applied ML experience for a product or business solution.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with product, data science, operations and other engineering counterparts to execute on product and business strategy to keep our platform safe.
- Contribute to the full development cycle: ideation, technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
- Lead a team of engineers, set standards to improve developer workflows, and coach and mentor team members.
- Innovate on new solutions and continuously learn and improve technically and non-technically.
