You will own the full development lifecycle, lead code reviews, and mentor engineers. A successful candidate has 6 to 8 years of experience in fast-paced product teams, proficient in Ruby on Rails, and excels in OOP principles. This is a hybrid role based in San Mateo, requiring in-office presence three days a week. Excellent benefits and a competitive salary range of $168,300 – $207,900 are offered.
