Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Go and building scalable backend services.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver distributed backend systems and infrastructure components using Go, gRPC, TypeScript, and React.
• Define strategic roadmaps and translate problems into architectural plans with measurable outcomes.
• Build and scale high-reliability services, owning end-to-end delivery.
• Mentor engineers on design, testing, and operational practices.
• Partner across time zones to improve platform and communicate technical concepts.
