Papa Community is hiring a Staff Backend Software Engineer to help build our core platform for virtual care. You will be the second engineer, directly shaping architecture and key engineering practices while partnering with the GM and engineering leadership.

You’ll balance fast delivery with scalable design, own critical decisions, and drive reliability, security, and HIPAA-compliant data flows for thousands of patients.
