Qualifications

• 8+ years building and scaling backend or full-stack systems in production.
• Experience designing APIs and data models powering real user-facing products.
• Led projects end-to-end from architecture to delivery and iteration.
• Mentored junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and guidance.
• Shipped features independently and in collaboration with product/ops/design.

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend services and APIs powering patient booking, clinician routing, logistics, and device integrations.
• Ship full-stack features end-to-end, including data modeling and UI flows (if applicable).
• Solve complex scheduling, dispatch, safety checks, and error-prevention challenges at scale.
• Integrate with external health systems and medical devices securely and reliably.
• Collaborate with product, data, ops, and clinical teams to turn problems into shipped software.
• Own projects from concept to production, evolve architecture and engineering practices.
