Job summary

• Build a scalable multi-tenant SaaS foundation with isolation, quotas, and audit logs.
• Develop APIs for agent-facing retrieval workflows and integration points.
• Collaborate with product and infra to balance fast experimentation with reliability.
• Instrument services with metrics, logs, traces, and dashboards for observability.
