Qualifications
- Proven track record delivering production-grade software.
- Experience applying AI techniques in real-world products.
- Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI-powered apps.
- Experience in cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Familiarity with observability tools and incident response.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate backend services for a context layer in a production SaaS.
- Define multi-tenant architecture with reliable service boundaries.
- Develop APIs for agent-driven data retrieval and provenance.
- Collaborate across product and infra teams to balance speed and reliability.
- Instrument services with metrics, logs, traces, and dashboards.
