Responsibilities

• Build core backend services for context ingestion, indexing, retrieval, and API access.
• Define a multi-tenant SaaS architecture with proper isolation and governance.
• Develop agent-facing retrieval workflows and integrations for various tools.
• Collaborate across product and infra to balance rapid experimentation with reliability.
• Instrument services with metrics, logs, traces, and dashboards to improve reliability.
