You will own the multi-year architecture for scaling integrations, routing, and funds-flow across global markets, building fault-tolerant systems and driving high-impact reliability initiatives. You will mentor engineers, set coding standards, and partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, while demanding high

Qualifications

8+ years in software engineering, including hands-on payment systems or high-volume platforms.
Track record of architecting fault-tolerant distributed systems at scale.
Led platform-building efforts to unify services with reusable components.

Responsibilities

Own the multi-year technical strategy and architecture for Payments platform.
Build and evolve distributed systems for high-volume traffic with clear SLOs.
Drive engineering quality with pav ed roads and coding standards.
Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Operations on technical solutions.
Lead scaling and reliability improvements and postmortem actions.
Mentor engineers through design reviews and architectural guidance.
