Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend or platform engineering experience building scalable distributed systems.
• Expert-level Go (Golang) programming for high-concurrency environments.
• Strong systems-level design skills for service-oriented architectures.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale robust, concurrent core platform components.
• Architect composable platform components for diverse enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate with product and ML teams to accelerate feature delivery.
• Drive architectural decisions and evaluate third-party or open-source solutions.
• Set long-term technical direction and standards for platform features.
• Partner with ML research to prototype and launch capabilities.
