Job summary

REGENT is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to set software direction across vehicle programs, delivering avionics architecture with partitioning, redundancy, and timing budgets. The role partners with chief engineers and leads certification strategy, while staying hands-on to design and verify flight-critical modules.

You will mentor engineers, run reviews, and help establish standards across programs, contributing to the certification path from development to approval.

Qualifications

• Experience with safety-critical avionics DO-178C lifecycle stages (planning through certification liaison).
• Vehicle-level architecture ownership on aircraft, eVTOL, or UAS programs.
