BFJ in Saint Paul, MN is hiring a Staff Auditor to support audit engagements through planning, testing, documentation, and client deliverables while continuing to develop technical accounting and auditing knowledge.

This role requires 0–3 years of public accounting experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA licensure progression, and strong communication and organizational skills to work both independently and within a team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA license or progress toward licensure, with required coursework.
• 0–3 years of public accounting experience in financial statement auditing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop knowledge of GAAS and GAAP in audit engagements.
• Participate in engagement file organization and documentation.
• Perform substantive testing and assist with client deliverables.
• Communicate issues to engagement leadership and team members.
• Support recruitment and firm-wide initiatives as needed.
