Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting or auditing experience; public accounting internship is a plus.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and auditing principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• CPA eligibility or pursuing CPA license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial statement audits for clients across various industries.
• Perform audit testing, including examination of financial records, transactions, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare audit workpapers and document procedures, findings, and conclusions.
• Test internal controls and assess compliance with accounting standards and procedures.
• Perform account reconciliations and analytical procedures.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate issues to senior team members.
• Collaborate with audit seniors, managers, and clients to complete engagements accurately and on schedule.
• Support other assurance and accounting projects as needed.
