Responsibilities

• Offer legal advice, counsel and litigation services.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel, attend hearings, and perform related actions.
• Draft, review and sign legal documents and ensure orders include required elements.
• Update systems to monitor cases through the legal process.
• Advise Specialists on documents for court filings and maintain professional relationships with State.
