YoungWilliams seeks a Staff Attorney to provide comprehensive legal services for establishing paternity, child support, medical support, and enforcement of orders. The attorney will offer counsel, litigation services, and guidance to specialists in filing documents.

The role requires negotiating with opposing counsel, attending hearings, drafting legal documents, and ensuring orders meet federal and state requirements. A Juris Doctor and active state license are essential.

Qualificações

Juris Doctor degree required and license to practice law in the project state.
State bar license must be active where the project is located.
Experience in domestic relations law or as a prosecutor is desirable (child support enforcement preferred).
Proficiency in applying federal and state child support policies.

Responsabilidades

Provide legal services to establish paternity, child support, medical support and enforcement of orders.
Negotiate with opposing counsel and appear at hearings.
Draft, review and sign legal documents; ensure orders include required elements.
Monitor cases through the legal process and maintain case records.
Advise specialists on court filings and procedures.
