Qualifications

• Requires JD and bar admission in the project state.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills required.
• Experience in domestic relations law or as a prosecutor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal services to establish paternity and child support orders and enforcement.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and attend hearings as needed.
