Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represents child support matters: paternity, establishment and enforcement of orders.
• Negotiates with opposing counsel, attends hearings, and performs related actions.
• Reviews and recommends legal actions.
• Drafts, reviews, and signs legal documents.
• Ensures orders include required federal/state elements and advocates state's interests.
• Updates systems to monitor each case through the process.
• Counsels Specialists on completing court documents.
• Maintains positive working relationships with State.
• Attends weekly project team meetings.
• Applies knowledge of federal/state child support policies.
• Maintains regular, timely attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
