Qualifications

• J.D. degree and a license to practice law in the project state.
• Experience in domestic relations law or as a prosecutor is preferred for child support enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal services to establish paternity, child support, medical support and enforce orders.
• Advise, counsel, and engage in litigation on related matters.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and attend hearings as needed.
• Draft, review and sign legal documents ensuring required elements.
