W2 employee status with Class Valuation.
Access to reliable order volume for monthly cases.

Responsibilities

Complete market value residential property appraisals (traditional, hybrid, desktops).
Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state laws.
Manage data collection, verification, and analysis.
Collaborate in a team environment to meet production and service goals.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high ethical standards.
