Class Valuation, a nationwide appraisal management company, is seeking a Staff Appraiser in Nevada. We offer W2 employment with reliable monthly order volume and access to cutting‑edge technology.

Responsibilities include completing market value residential appraisals, adhering to USPAP and state laws, data collection and analysis, and strong teamwork. We provide 401K matching, paid continuing education, generous PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Certified Residential or General Appraiser in good standing.
• FHA Approved appraiser preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of residential real estate appraisal experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete market value residential property appraisals (traditional, hybrid, desktops).
• Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state laws.
• Manage data collection, verification, and analysis.
• Collaborate in a team environment to meet production and service goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high ethical standards.
• Stay proactive with status updates and communication.
• Participate in training and virtual conference calls as required
