Class Valuation is hiring a Staff Appraiser in Boca Raton, FL to complete residential appraisals (traditional, hybrid, desktops) and ensure USPAP compliance. The role emphasizes independent decision-making, strong local market knowledge, and delivering accurate values for clients.

The position offers reliable order volume, access to advanced appraisal software, 401K with company match, reduced admin burden, paid CE, substantial PTO and benefits for you and your dependents.

Qualifications

• Certified residential or general appraiser in good standing.
• FHA Approved appraiser preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of residential real estate appraisal experience.
• Ability to make independent decisions with minimal guidance.
• Strong knowledge of local market factors and properties.

Responsibilities

• Complete market value residential appraisals (traditional, hybrid, desktops).
• Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state laws.
• Manage data collection, verification, and analysis.
• Collaborate in a team environment to meet production and service goals.
