Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, with 7+ years in a mobile-first B2C environment.
• Proven experience optimizing campaigns across Paid Social and Programmatic channels.
• Strong analytical skills including incrementality testing and MMM.

Responsibilities

• Optimize marketing through data to refine campaigns and test channels.
• Lead experimentation and measurement to drive new user acquisition.
• Plan and manage product testing and growth experiments with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, and Product to align efforts.
• Drive creative testing and insights with a learning agenda across channels.
• Iterate on AI workflows to surface performance insights faster.
