As a data-loving teammate, you will own dashboards, data models, and ETL/ELT pipelines, partnering with PMs, designers, and engineers to translate questions into measurable metrics and scalable analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or applied analytics with product focus.
• Ability to translate product goals into measurable metrics and dashboards.
• Strong storytelling with data and clear communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of dashboards that answer product and business questions.
• Own semantic data models and metrics ensuring accuracy across reports.
• Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform data.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers to translate questions into analytics deliverables.
• Optimize queries and pipelines for performance and cost at scale.
• Mentor junior analysts/engineers and define analytics standards.
