Job summary

Topline Pro is building an AI-powered Shopify for service businesses. We seek a Staff Analytics Engineer to own data modeling and scalable assets—translating data from Stripe, HubSpot, Dialpad and other systems into trustworthy models across teams.

You'll shape data flows, enable performance measurement, experimentation, and growth with a senior, hands-on approach at the intersection of engineering, analytics, and business strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related IC role.
• Fluency with SaaS business metrics (MRR, retention, churn, cohorts).
• Strong Snowflake and dbt experience with performance and cost awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own centralized data assets serving as truth for key questions and governance.
• Design scalable data architectures with dbt/Snowflake layers suitable for SaaS datasets.
• Model Stripe data: payments, subscriptions, revenue and related flows.
• Codify SQL optimization, documentation, testing, monitoring, and code reviews.
• Lead high-complexity BI/analytics projects in Hex from design to production.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and GTM to translate needs into data solutions.
