Job summary

GSA is seeking a Staff Analyst to provide comprehensive analysis across a variety of subjects and to initiate or lead projects evaluating programs and operations. This role includes serving as a technical advisor, developing analytical methods, and briefing senior management.

Eligible candidates should demonstrate specialized experience, be prepared to manage time-sensitive projects, and handle confidential information as part of government operations.

Responsibilities

• Serves as technical advisor for assigned program activities, obtaining resources to facilitate objectives.
• Develops new or modified methods, organizational structures, management processes, procedures, guidelines.
• Conducts complex analytical studies for specific activities or programs, including sensitive aspects of the program.
• Prepares/hosts briefings for higher-level management to explain analyses and provide recommendations or action plans.
