GSA is seeking a Staff Analyst to provide comprehensive analysis of programs and to lead projects evaluating operations and programs across multiple agency functions. The role involves advising on resources and implementing initiatives to achieve objectives.

You will conduct complex analyses, prepare briefings for senior leadership, and drive procedural improvements while managing time-sensitive, confidential assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing and evaluating program effectiveness.
• Ability to develop recommendations for improving processes.
• Conducts in-depth research to solve complex problems.
• Manages time-sensitive projects requiring data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Serves as technical advisor for assigned program activities and resources.
• Develops and/or revises methods, structures, processes, and guidelines.
• Conducts complex analytical studies on programs and participates in sensitive issues.
• Prepares briefings for senior management with analysis, recommendations, and implementation guidance.
• Performs time-sensitive, confidential projects requiring extensive research and evaluation.
