Job summary

As a Staff Analyst, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive analysis on a variety of subject matter and for initiating and/or leading projects involving the evaluation of programs/operation.

Location includes Atlanta, GA and other major cities; duties include serving as technical advisor, conducting analytical studies, preparing management briefings, and handling time-sensitive, confidential projects.

Responsibilities

• Serves as technical advisor for assigned program activities, obtaining appropriate resources to facilitate accomplishment of objectives.
• Analysis and evaluation require development of new or modified methods, organizational structures, management processes, procedures, guidelines.
• Conducts complex analytical studies that are of special interest to specific functional activities or programs, and participates in unusual, controversial and sometimes highly sensitive aspects of the program.
• Prepares and/or conducts briefings for higher level management to explain the specific analysis of subject matter, as well as to provide recommendations or action plans and provide guidance and/or direction for implementation.
• Perform additional administrative and special, one-time projects that are of a time sensitive and confidential nature, and which require extensive research, analysis and evaluation of a wide variety of information.
