DiDi Autonomous Driving seeks a visionary Staff or Principal AI Transformation Engineer to lead company-wide AI transformation, blending LLM expertise with robust systems architecture and enterprise-scale AI scaling.

You will embed with core engineering teams to evolve the traditional R&D organization into an AI-native powerhouse, delivering an architectural platform spanning data processing, model training, inference, and evaluation with emphasis on latency and scalable GPU pipelines.

Competenze

• Architectural vision with hands-on execution; design complex, system-level architectures while writing core code.
• Proficiency in core languages (C++, Python, Java, JavaScript) and strong debugging/optimization skills.
• Experience leading enterprise AI-native transformations or building AI/ML platforms at scale.
• Deep hands-on experience with mainstream AI infrastructure tools and frameworks (PyTorch, Ray, vLLM, Triton, Kubernetes, DeepSpeed, Megatron-LM).
• Years of deep experience in distributed LLM training/inference optimization and large-scale compute cluster ops.

Mansioni

• Architect AI infrastructure and platform architecture spanning data processing, model training, inference, and evaluation.
• Embed with core autonomous driving teams to translate AI capabilities into production-ready ecosystems (AI DevOps, AI Copilots).
• Design and implement scalable LLM deployment pipelines, monitoring, and feedback loops to maximize throughput.
• Maintain a strategic 1–3 year roadmap aligning external AI trends with internal systems.
