Unity, the world’s leading real-time 3D platform, seeks a Staff Security Architect to shape security for AI-native products, LLM integrations, and agent workflows. You will work with product and engineering teams to map technical risk and drive secure-by-design outcomes across engines, editor, and cloud services.

This hands-on, senior role requires deep cloud security, AI security experience, and strong communication across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security leadership roles (architecture/principal/staff).
• Hands-on AI security experience with LLM-based or AI-assisted workflows.
• Hands-on engineering ability to prototype and extend systems.

Responsibilities

• Shape security architecture for Unity products and services with engineering teams.
• Embed security in launches from design to release with ProdSec, SecOps, and Infra Security.
• Partner on AI features across vendor products to enable secure defaults and data boundaries.
• Contribute to agentic tooling and scalable security workflows.
