Unity is seeking a Staff Security Architect to serve as a senior technical authority on security across our AI-native platform and tools. You will map risk, shape architecture, and guide secure-by-design outcomes with product and engineering teams.

The role requires hands-on engineering ability and deep cloud security experience across GCP, AWS, and Azure, with demonstrated AI security focus on LLM-based products and agentic systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security, with substantial time in a security architecture, principal, or staff engineering capacity on complex, large-scale systems.
• Hands-on engineering ability with security focus in AI-enabled environments.
• Strong cloud security depth across major cloud providers (GCP/AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Shape security architecture for Unity products and services with engineering teams.
• Map technical risk and guide secure-by-design outcomes.
• Embed in high-priority launches from design through release and coordinate with security functions.
