Quickbase is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to shape the AI-powered Pipelines platform. You will build agents that interpret customer intent, integrate with data sources, and embed AI directly into pipelines to enable context-aware decisions and reliable automations.

You’ll lead architecture, collaborate with product, design, and data science teams, and own end-to-end delivery from prototyping through production rollout. This is a remote role based in Bulgaria.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build agents that help users create, configure, troubleshoot, and improve Pipelines automations.
• Develop AI-powered capabilities embedded within automations for extraction, generation, classification, and context-aware decisions.
• Lead the architecture for combining probabilistic AI with enterprise automation, including guardrails, permissions, observability, and recovery.
• Build end-to-end full-stack product capabilities from exploration to production rollout and iteration.
• Provide technical leadership within Pipelines and with partner teams, driving architectural decisions and standards.
