Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a seasoned AI software engineer to join our venture-backed enterprise AI platform team. You will build and maintain production AI services, turning messy enterprise data into reliable AI-powered product experiences.

You will own projects end-to-end, from design to deployment, and collaborate across teams while optimizing latency, cost, and reliability. Remote work within the US is supported, with San Francisco as the primary location.

Qualifications

• Four to ten years of applied AI, ML, or software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering customer-facing production systems.
• Strong Python skills and asynchronous services experience.
• Familiarity with hosted LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Cohere).
• Experience with RAG, vector search, embeddings, or agent orchestration.
• Proficiency with production software engineering tools (Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, React, TypeScript, GCP, Terraform, Docker, Datadog).
• Bachelor's or higher in CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production AI services and pipelines from data ingestion to outputs.
• Develop evaluation datasets, benchmarks, and guardrails for AI quality.
• Monitor production behavior addressing latency, cost, and reliability.
• Work across the full pipeline from raw data to generated outputs.
• Own projects from design through deployment and monitoring.
