The Ladders is seeking an Applied AI Value Architect to partner with executives and cross‑functional teams to articulate business value and guide adoption of AI‑driven enterprise solutions. This remote role supports US-based candidates and focuses on transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes across complex environments.

Responsibilities include ROI storytelling, stakeholder management, and global transformation leadership using AI‑driven planning.

For our client, we are seeking a Applied AI Value Architect to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will help organizations articulate business value, identify high-impact opportunities, and guide adoption of AI-enabled enterprise solutions. You will partner closely with executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and customers to shape transformation roadmaps that improve outcomes across complex environments. The position blends strategic advisory work, technical fluency, and change leadership to accelerate measurable value realization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $132,000 - $151,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Uncover organizational issues and drive ROI through value storytelling and workshops
• Cultivate executive sponsorship and co-own change management initiatives
• Steer global transformations across complex workstreams with AI-driven planning
• Utilize AI tools for rapid outputs and collaborate on solution builds

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales with complex workstreams
• Strong AI and technical fluency in enterprise IT, such as SAP and Salesforce
• Builder mentality with a focus on customer value and high-impact solutions
• Expertise in process improvement and value realization
• Proven strategic program and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of Finance and Supply Chain domains
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Frequent US travel required; must be eligible for TN status under CUSMA
