Job summary

Cribl seeks an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team in a remote-friendly setting. You will collaborate with the founding team and engineers to shape search and analytics for observability data, integrating cutting-edge Generative AI into Cribl’s product suite to address real customer problems.

You will prototype AI features, work across backend and frontend, and productionize AI integrations while staying abreast of trends and technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/EE with 6+ years of industry experience.
Ability to problem solve from first principles and maintain focus on overarching objectives.
Experience contributing to products with significant user traction or scale.
Experience as an AI/ML Engineer.
Experience with ML Ops.
Experience with Typescript/JavaScript and either Node or React.

Responsibilities

Prototype and experiment with new AI features with product engineering teams.
Work across backend, frontend, and interact with LLMs and ML models.
Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based technology integrations into Cribl's core products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
Work with fine tuning models, Prompt Engineering, and Inference Platforms.
This position will require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.
