Cribl is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to shape the future of search and analytics for observability data. You will collaborate with founding engineers to design and deliver AI-driven features across Cribl products, enabling customers to extract actionable insights from telemetry data.

You will prototype, evaluate, and deploy AI capabilities, work with frontend and backend teams, and stay current with AI trends to drive scalable, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE with 6+ years of industry experience.
• Experience contributing to products with significant user traction.
• Experience with ML Ops and AI/ML features.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and experiment with new AI features in collaboration with product engineering teams.
• Work across backend and frontend, interacting with LLMs and other ML models.
• Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based integrations within Cribl's core products to solve real customer problems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
• Collaborate on fine-tuning models, prompt engineering, and inference platforms.
